TRAINING of teachers PROGRAM
Training of Teachers Program (TOT) bridges the gap between industry and academia, it is a 2-month long Training for Teachers (TOT) Programme has been launched in 2022. The program was specifically tailored to the needs of educational leaders, after having in-depth sessions with them to understand their pain points. As a result, 24 training sessions were planned that not only covered the fundamentals of game building and product development, but also included topics such as incorporating empathy in teaching, gamifying learning and ways to transform classroom learning to mimic the real world.
